1.利用方法
１．表紙
画像はクリックすると拡大表示されます。
表紙については、以下の箇所をプロジェクトに合わせて変更してください。
会社名：
情報種別：社外秘など
情報所有者：基本的にはお客様の会社名となります。
タイトル：ドキュメントのタイトルをプロジェクトに合わせて変更
作成日、作成者：※必要に応じて、最終更新日、更新者を入れてください。
２．改訂履歴
改訂履歴は、ドキュメントのメンテナンス上必ず設定するようにしましょう。
またプロジェクトごとに記載の粒度やルールを検討してください。
３．オブジェクト一覧
本書に記載する対象のオブジェクトを一覧化します。
オブジェクト名（表示ラベル名）だけではなく、API参照名（物理名）や区分（標準/カスタム）なども設定するようにしましょう。
また、外部システムとの連携がある場合には、こちらに外部システムの内容を記載することもあります。その場合は、対象システムがわかるように列を追加してください。
４．オブジェクト項目のデータ型に関する説明資料
オブジェクト項目定義書を利用するユーザがSalesforceのデータ型について理解するための補助資料となります。
取り扱うデータ型に対しての説明文を記載しておきましょう。
オブジェクト項目定義書テンプレート
オブジェクトの項目を定義していくためのテンプレートとなります。
一般的にSalesforceの開発はアジャイルに近い形で進められることが多く項目の定義情報（ラベル、データ型、桁数など）は頻繁に更新されます。
そのため、上記エクセルでメンテナンスをするのは非常に作業効率が悪くお勧めしません。
